At Henny Way | It's Just Business, every item is made to order specifically for you.
Because our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Buyer's remorse
• Incorrect color selected by the customer
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.
Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
